Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HRIS Lead to support our Human Resources team by managing and optimizing our Workday system, with a focus on the Time & Attendance and Compensation modules. This technical role requires the ability to collaborate with managers to understand their needs and translate them into effective Workday configurations, ensuring seamless data management and analytics to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with managers to assess and interpret their requirements for Workday’s Time & Attendance and Compensation modules, ensuring the system aligns with business needs. Configure Workday to meet identified needs, implementing custom solutions, workflows, and reports to enhance functionality and user experience. Manage HR data within Workday, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security while leveraging analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform system updates, and collaborate with IT and HR teams to maintain and improve Workday performance and processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience configuring HRIS systems, with specific expertise in Workday’s Time & Attendance and Compensation modules (resume must include “configure” or related terms). Strong technical skills in HR data management and analytics, with the ability to extract, analyze, and report on data to support HR initiatives. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with managers and cross-functional teams to identify and implement system solutions. Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field, with 3+ years of HRIS experience; Workday certification is a plus.
