• Updates employee’s information in the system and ensure timely submission to payroll
• Creates report and evaluation, track evaluations and sends out memo to supervisors for completion of evaluation on an annual basis.
• Handles all pay time off request for proper approval from the Administrator.
• Assist with the Insurance Open Enrollment.
• Back up the Human Resources Manager.
• Perform other related duties as needed and formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval transfer and disposal of records.

Associate Degree or equivalent. Experience may serve as a substitute, on a year for year basis, computer skills, typing skills, excellent organizational skills and documentation and record keeping skills.
