What’s the role… The Human Resources Specialist supports various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented to support organizational goals and employee engagement. How You Will Make an Impact… Supporting full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and supports employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and health and safety regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution. Supports vacation accruals and balances in system. Supports HRIS being up to date and use to improve processes What you need… Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in an HR role. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular). Fully Bilingual (English/ Spanish) Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
