Job Description

Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33122 The Onboarding Specialist assists in the day to day recruiting and onboarding operations. The position supports the Recruiting/Onboarding Manager as well as the Recruiting Department. Duties and Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Assist new hires and legacy employees with all aspects of onboarding including background check applications, post offer forms, onboarding paperwork. Establish relationships with hiring managers to properly inform them of the status of their candidates. Reach out to new hires to set expectations and step by step instructions. Provide excellent customer service to all new hires, hiring managers and legacy personnel. Create pre-employment files for all new employees and manage new hire checklist. Navigate through UKG Recruiting and Onboarding to properly help hiring managers when needed. Follow up on missing items for new employees. Initiate background checks and assist with schedule drug screening for applicants. Track and verify professional licenses in the CAM department (CAM, PCAM, etc.). Collect all pre hire documents during a scheduled Orientation.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be required lift objects up to 25 lbs. Position Type This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company Travel Some travel will be required to attend new property takeovers Required Experience and Education At least 2-3 years working experience in recruiting or human resources required. Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Excellent communication and listening skills to interact with a diverse and multi culture population. Bilingual required Valid Florida driver’s license.
