About the Role The Talent Specialist will support recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration efforts across Pidwin. This is an in-office role based in Miami, Florida. The Talent Specialist will work closely with hiring managers and the People Operations team to source, engage, and hire strong candidates, deliver a high-quality candidate and new hire experience, and support internal operational projects. Responsibilities Recruiting Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build targeted sourcing strategies. Manage job postings, candidate outreach, and pipeline development across a variety of departments. Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate candidate movement through the hiring process. Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection. Maintain accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track KPIs like time to fill, time to hire, new hire retention rate, offer acceptance rate, etc. Onboarding Prepare and send offer letters, onboarding materials, and necessary documentation. Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including system and tool access, introductions, and training schedules. Act as a point of contact for new hires during onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the team. HR Administration Assist with maintaining employee records and documentation. Support People Operations projects and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement surveys, process updates). Help streamline processes related to recruiting, onboarding, and HR compliance. Key Qualifications 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. Experience hiring for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, product managers, data analysts) required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting onboarding or HR administrative processes. Familiarity with employment basics (e.g., offer letters, onboarding checklists). Previous experience in a startup environment. Benefits The salary range for this position is $65,000-80,000.
