A locally owned and growing franchise in Ocoee, FL is looking for a bilingual HR Generalist to join their team and play a key role in supporting employees and organizational growth. What You’ll Do:
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to support team growth. Manage employee relations and promote a supportive, inclusive work environment. Ensure HR practices comply with state and federal laws (including
EEO, FMLA, OSHA
). Assist with payroll processing and benefits coordination using Paycor and Paychex. Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR-related reports. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. ?
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience. Proficiency in Paycor and Paychex systems. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). ?? Why Join Us?
