HR Coordinator•In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our Human Resources department with a wide range of functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about creating a positive and inclusive workplace experience.

PM Job Requirements & Duties:

Assisting with onboarding, ensuring all proper documentation is completed and filed in the personnel folder. 1-2 years of administrative or HR-related experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required. Work with IT Support to ensure that all equipment for new hires is up to date to ensure a smooth start date. Conduct background checks and drug screening checks for all new hires. Monitor all new applications received for all open positions. Maintain good relationships with external partners (benefits vendors, insurance brokers, etc) Assist new hires with benefits enrollment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
