HR Generalist Location:
Ocoee, FL 34761
Schedule:
M-F, 30-40
hrs/week
Pay:
$25-29/hr.

Software Experience:
Paycor & Paychex A local franchise is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support their growing business. This role will involve managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, performance management, and more. This company also offers future growth opportunities as well!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws (EEO, FMLA, OSHA).
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records and generate HR reports.
- Promote a positive company culture and facilitate open communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Experience with Paycor & Paychex systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
