Description:
We are seeking a people-focused, detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our human resources operations. This role provides an exciting opportunity to engage in a wide range of HR functions, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the success of our growing organization. Key Responsibilities Maintain Employee Records:
Ensure that all personnel files, HR databases, and employee information are kept accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company policies.
Process HR Documentation:
Ensure new hire paperwork and other HR-related documents (assessments, promotions, profit sharing, etc.) are handled timely and accurately.
Foster Engagement and Retention:
Support employee engagement and retention efforts by helping with surveys, feedback collection, and follow-up. Assist in planning employee and community events.
Support Recruitment and Onboarding:
Source candidates on ad hoc basis. Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, assist in facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new employees and preparation of new hire paperwork ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
Coordinate Benefits Data:
Liaise with the team to provide necessary data, track employee leaves, and answer basic benefits-related queries.
Enforce Compliance:
Stay aware of relevant labor laws and assist in ensuring that the company remains compliant. Assist in

Requirements:
Education:

Experience:
