Provide support for People Services initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, and company team building events. Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. Assist with the preparation of People Services metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making. Create, Implement and evaluate People Services department policies and procedures. Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills At least 2 years of experience as an HR specialist. Complete familiarity with HR processes and programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with specific HR software, e.g., Workday Excellent Windows Office knowledge, especially Advanced Power Point & SharePoint; advanced Excel a plus Preferred Education, Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, business administration, or other relevant fields. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suites.
