The role
The Specialist, Team Member Services will be responsible for enhancing Team Member Experience by assisting Team Members and leadership with day-to-day support on various inquires, issues and questions while providing accurate and timely responses. This role will collaborate and support cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes with a focus on resolving issues in the most efficient and operationally sound manner. The Team Member Services group is a team dedicated to helping our employees have a smooth and positive experience at work. Their goal is to ensure that every team member feels informed, supported, and valued.
Key responsibilities
Facilitates intake of Team Member inquires, issues and questions as a first point of contact, with the aim of one-touch problem resolution
Sees issues through to successful resolution; involve and escalate to appropriate parties as needed
Provides accurate, timely, personalized, exceptional HR service to our Team Members that supports our industry-leading Inspired Hospitality model
Supports Team Members and HR partners in complex HR cases (related to employee relations, system access/accuracy, payroll discrepancies, LOA, etc.) that require escalated knowledge, in effort towards a one-touch resolution
Support Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives by participating in CoE training sessions to stay updated on the latest policies, procedures, and practices. Apply knowledge learned to enhance the quality of TM support provided
Ensures consistency in the application and enforcement of policies and procedures
