Talent Coordinator The Talent Coordinator is an administrative support resource that plays an important role in streamlining the hiring process, improving candidate experience, and assisting Hillpointe with meeting talent resource growth objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with hiring managers to ensure that excellent support for their departmental recruiting needs is being met. Monitor Hillpointe’s recruiting email inbox and direct requests appropriately. Process Job Request Forms. Manage requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse). Process job posting and workflow changes in ATS when needed. Oversee distribution, review, and administrative processing of pre-employment psychometric surveys. Build creative content (i.e. Canva posts) for recruiting team to advertise open positions. Cross-train and provide back-up support to Recruiting team as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Talent department.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. Intermediate skill level in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently.
