Job Description
UKG Pro WFM Analyst Location:
Ideally hybrid in the Orlando Metro area; Remote may be considered for exceptional candidates in select states. Help Drive a Major UKG Transformation We’re working with a leading organization in the healthcare staffing space that’s in the midst of a large-scale migration from UKG Dimensions to the full UKG Pro WFM suite. With their official go-live set for April 2025, they’re looking to bring on a UKG Pro WFM Analyst to focus on the Timekeeping/WFM side and play a critical role in ensuring a successful implementation and long-term optimization of the platform. This is an opportunity to work alongside a dedicated HCM resource while taking ownership of complex WFM configurations and integrations. You’ll work cross-functionally, shape best practices, and serve as a trusted expert on all things UKG Pro WFM.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Configuring and supporting UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeping, Pay Rules, Business Rules, Accruals, etc.) Assisting in integrating complex HR and Payroll processes within the UKG Pro environment Serving as a key liaison between Payroll, HR, IT, and Finance to resolve system issues and enhance workflows Managing project timelines and documentation using project management tools Building SOPs and offer training/support to Payroll Systems team members Responding to and resolving system-related service tickets and escalations Generating and improving system reporting and data collection procedures Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by testing and implementing system upgrades or enhancements
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (including Timekeeping) Proven experience with UKG Pro and WFM integrations 5+ years of HRIS systems experience Strong knowledge of complex workflow configurations, database interactions, and multi-platform payroll systems Ability to troubleshoot system issues and develop sustainable, scalable solutions Strong communication, project coordination, and documentation skills
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting full-suite UKG Pro implementations Familiarity with healthcare, staffing, or complex hourly workforce environments Understanding of both the WFM and HCM modules within UKG Pro What’s in It for
