Immediate need for workforce management professional seeking adynamic organization to join. In this workforce management role youwill be forecasting and reporting on call volume demand anddirecting the scheduling of sufficient staff and training forappropriate skills based routing, based on historical andanticipated call volume. In this workforce management role you willalso be responsible for analyzing real time and historical contactcenter performance and identifying opportunities to improveperformance. This workforce management role will require 3+ yearsexperience in Workforce Management, strong experience withscheduling, forecasting, and workforce management software such as:

Genesys, IEX, Aspect and Blue Pumpkin as well as proficiency in MSOffice products and familiarity with database concepts and strongexperience with forecasting methods and concepts for multiple linesof business.
