Bilingual HR Generalist Ag and Produce LLC Boca Raton, FL 33464 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the overall HR strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human resources management and be adept at handling employee relations, recruitment, and administrative tasks. Duties Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Administer employee benefits programs, including workers’ compensation and FMLA leave management. Maintain accurate employee records through data entry in HR systems such as Workday. Support succession planning initiatives by identifying talent development opportunities within the organization. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies to mitigate risks. Assist in resolving employee relations issues by providing guidance and support to management and staff. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies. Collaborate with management on various administrative tasks related to human resources operations. Skills Bilingual in Spanish/English Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field HR experience preferably in manufacturing setting Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices. Proficiency in using HR software systems, particularly Workday. Familiarity with workers’ compensation regulations and FMLA guidelines. Excellent recruiting skills with the ability to identify top talent effectively. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks. Understanding of employment labor law to ensure compliance across HR functions. Ability to develop succession planning strategies that align with organizational goals. Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with employees at all levels. Problem-solving abilities to address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
