This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Founded in 1984, we are a growing boutique design firm that focuses on high-end residential estates, exclusive communities, and commercial properties. Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Demonstrated background in bookkeeping or accounting Practical experience handling accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and collections Experienced in HR tasks such as onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance support Proficiency in QuickBooks Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general HR functions

Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance Manage accounts payable/receivable, including collections and vendor payments Oversee vendor management, including contracts and relationship oversight Prepare financial reports, journal entries, and necessary documentation Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and closing procedures for month-end and year-end Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal financial policies Handle preparation and processing of contracts

HR Support:

Assist in the recruitment process Facilitate new hire onboarding, maintain employee records, and ensure labor law compliance Process payroll and support related reporting and reconciliation activities Administer employee benefits and respond to HR-related inquiries Protect the confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information
