We are dedicated to helping patients live healthier, more independent lives at home. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Entry Level HR Specialist to support our expanding team. This is an ideal role for someone early in their HR career who wants to make a meaningful impact in health care staffing, compliance, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting HR and compliance audits, including employee credential verification, background checks, and licensure tracking to meet state and federal home care regulations. Develop recruitment strategies for sourcing home health aides, and CNA’s using job boards, community outreach, and digital platforms. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified health care candidates by leveraging sourcing tools and databases. Conduct final interviews with home health aides and CNA’s. Ensure all onboarding documents (TB tests, CPR certifications, etc.) are collected and updated in a timely manner. Conduct employee orientation for home health aides and CNAs. Maintain accurate employee files in accordance with HIPAA and internal audit procedures. Help implement employee engagement and retention initiatives tailored to field-based staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). HR, recruiting, or healthcare administrative support experience preferred. Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, HRIS/ATS systems, or compliance tracking is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when handling sensitive documents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
