This individual will be responsible for leading and executing key human resources initiatives for the company with a compliance focus. Collaboration, initiative, excellent writing skills, and attention to detail will be key to the success of this role. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated problem solver with an extreme focus on details, compliance with hiring standards, employment laws, customer support, and positive interactions throughout all levels of the organization. This position requires a high level of organization, including the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. 1 year HRIS experience required; HRIS querying/reporting experience preferred. 1 year experience working with an electronic medical record system (EMR) preferred. 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred Experience working with healthcare regulatory bodies preferred. Computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook products required. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Strong organization and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
