Description We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging training materials and content, applying best practices in curriculum development and adult learning theories. This position is fully remote, operating in the Eastern Time Zone, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative learning solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design training content using advanced instructional design principles and tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials align with corporate, legal, and regulatory objectives.
• Create instructional graphics, user interfaces, and other media that enhance the learning experience.
• Utilize tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and video/audio editing software to produce high-quality content.
• Evaluate and refine training materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Partner with teams to implement classroom, web-based, and multimedia training solutions.
• Develop exercises, role-plays, simulations, and other activities to enhance learner engagement.
• Manage documentation workflows and change control processes to maintain consistency across projects.
• Provide expertise in instructional design models and adult learning theories to guide content creation. Requirements
• Extensive experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in video and audio recording, editing, and creating digital training simulations.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to write compelling instructional text, scripts, and supporting materials.
• Proven experience in instructional design and the use of instructional technologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to create visually appealing and pedagogically sound training materials.
• Familiarity with managing change control processes and documentation workflows.
