Key Responsibilities Manage the whole recruitment process: post jobs, screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviews, and onboard new hires. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with our culture and business goals. Oversee payroll support and employee time tracking. Facilitate employee reviews and performance evaluations. Ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal labor laws. Promote a positive, team-oriented culture through engagement and internal initiatives. Qualifications Proven HR experience, preferably in a boutique or creative business environment. PHR certification required. Proficiency with payroll platforms (such as ADP or similar). Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Clear and professional communication across all levels of staff and leadership.
