Full Job Description Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist Ambrosia Behavioral Health Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting making hiring decisions. Additionally, the Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Why Ambrosia? Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Make hiring decisions and extend job offers to successful candidates Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, tracking on obtaining all compliance documents Provide support and guidance to new hires throughout the onboarding process

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 2+ years of experience in recruiting and onboarding Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
