Team Select Home Care is looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Team Select family in our Doral location. The Relationship manager will work with both internal staff and patients and their families. They will also assist with payroll and scheduling of our field staff. The Relationship Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations. Maintain a current awareness of the open positions for field staff in collaboration with Clinical Supervisors, Operations Manager and HR department. Establish recruiting and staffing requirements by meeting with managers and teammates. Demonstrate an ability to identify problems and initiative to reach quality decisions. Maintain relationships with clients and employees and promote harmonious interpersonal relationships. Meet all deadlines on special projects as assigned. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, other recruiters, media, internet sites and check resources frequently. Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters. Follow and promote the Compliance Plan. Maintain a working relationship with field staff and clients. Monitor all staffing needs daily. Perform all other job tasks as assigned. #
