In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, developing talent acquisition strategies, and fostering relationships with potential candidates. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in employee orientation, talent management, and relationship management while utilizing various HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and UltiPro. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring we attract top talent to meet our organizational goals. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for various positions across the organization. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and UltiPro for tracking applicants and managing employee data. Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Collaborate with management on succession planning initiatives to identify and develop internal talent. Negotiate job offers and contracts with selected candidates. Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress. Experience Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a senior or lead role. Strong knowledge of talent management practices and employee orientation processes. Familiarity with HRIS systems including PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability in relationship management with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Experience in succession planning and understanding of workforce development strategies.
