UKG READY HRIS ANALYST

The HR Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst role will support, enhance, and implement solutions within the UKG Ready system in partnership with Progen’s HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs). The HRIS Analyst will manage and optimize UKG Ready to support processes, enhance data integrity, and facilitate reporting and analytics to support interrelated functions of the organization. This role will be a critical part of our HR team helping to deliver solutions that enable the business to accomplish goals. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned support areas and ensures that UKG serves the needs for all users. Minimum two to three years of experience in HRIS (UKG required) management or analysis. Proven experience with UKG Ready and a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities. Strong working knowledge of HR Technology and functional HR processes is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Understand the system development lifecycle process. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high attention to detail. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and strong time management skills. Ability to present technical information in an easy to understand format. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Evaluate HRIS to identify points of improvement and opportunities for process enhancements and recommend solutions to improve system functionality and user experience. Develop, document, and maintain all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance. Manage and maintain the configuration of UKG, including modules related to core HR, talent management, performance management, and ensure proper security roles are assigned and maintained. Oversee the UKG Ready HRIS system, ensuring accurate configuration, and system updates, ensuring data integrity within the HRIS system, and maintenance. Evaluate and refine system settings, rules and integrations to enhance efficiency and compliance. Identify and resolve system issues; communicate directly and independently with external vendors and business partners to open support cases and monitor issues to satisfactory resolution. Lead by example and promote a customer service philosophy by modeling core behaviors that support the HR department’s goals of attracting, developing, and retaining key talent. Ensure HRIS processes and data management comply with relevant laws (i.e. HIPPA, FLSA, Privacy Laws, etc.) and regulations, including data privacy and security standards. Develop and maintain HR Dashboards, reports, and audit tools that turn complex data into actionable insights to meet business needs. Collaborate with HR team and business leaders to optimize UKG modules and ensure they align with organizational objectives. Develop user guides, job aids, training materials and other documentation to facilitate self-service feature. Partner with the Learning and Development and HR Communications teams to develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to train employees at time of hire or when implementing new system functionality. Provide technical support and training to ensure effective use of the HRIS.
