Overview:

The Culture and Engagement (C&E) Specialist will be a creative, team-oriented, and motivated professional who will work closely with our TM&E and HR teams and employees across DCA to help design and deliver an engaging and rewarding employee experience that aligns with our culture and values. This professional will help build DCA’s culture and will develop employee programs from the ground up for in-person and virtual delivery. This professional will model the values and culture that we are building and supporting at DCA, which means being able to problem solve, demonstrate flexibility in their approach, and deliver quality programs for our Allies. Key initiatives may include end-to-end partnership on the design and implementation of DCA’s enhanced employee onboarding experience, building and maintaining an employee referral platform, providing ongoing management of our organizational experience surveys and action plans, managing rewards and recognition, and supporting DEI efforts.

Project manage employee engagement initiatives – initial strategy and planning, logistics and technology requirements, and execution Analyze, prioritize, and take action based on employee feedback from post-engagement surveys. Manage programs that focus on promoting employee rewards, appreciation, and recognition. Support DCA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives. Manage, promote, and evolve the Employee Referral Program.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or minimum five years of Human Resources experience, including: Experience in employee on-boarding Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Experience in human resources, marketing, or communications is highly preferred. Strong project management skills. Experience with Canva, Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint Ability to present and explain information virtually Light data analysis work
