The Impact You Will Make The HRIS Coordinator, plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient hire to retire transactions for the employees at Everstory. This position is responsible for completing a variety of operational HRIS tasks, such as maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies, garnishment processing and supporting the administration of HRIS System.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update employee records in Paylocity, including personal information, job history, compensation, benefits enrollment, time off, and other HR-related data. Perform routine audits and data validation checks within Paylocity to ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to employee data in Paylocity. Generate and review reports from Paylocity to support HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll processing, and performance reviews. Create and maintain Paylocity system training contentent. Support the HR team with system updates, employee transfers, promotions, terminations, and changes in employment status within Paylocity. Assist with Paylocity system upgrades, troubleshooting, garnishments, and testing of new features or functionality. Consult Paylocity contacts for system enhancements. Maintain union employee eligibility an initiation. Identify opportunities for process improvements with HRIS to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Assign Total Rewards tickets to the appropriate team members.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree or HR certifications preferred. 3 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a related HR function. Proven experience with HRIS software is required. Paylocity experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and compliance. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
