Bilingual Preferred. Primary Focus Support onboarding tasks including background checks, E-Verify, benefits enrollment, and drug screening. Logs Works closely with Safety Manager on safety logs, and OSHA compliance Payroll Assistance Manage payroll taxes, garnishments, direct deposit, benefits deductions, and other payroll components Enter Weekly Payroll- (Paycom) Working with the field to verify employees timesheets and accurate job reporting Assist with resolving employee payroll questions and issues 5+ years of HR and Payroll Processing experience required.
