We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Benefits & Leaves Administration Professional to join the Compensation & Benefits team of an industry leader in renewable energy. Located in East Orlando, this role is ideal for someone with a strong background in U.S. leave administration and a passion for process improvement and employee support. This is a long-term contract role.

What’s the Job?
Perform operational and administrative tasks related to benefits plans and leave of absence programs.
Lead absence administration, including Paid Leaves and Paid Time Off.
Respond to HR inquiries regarding benefits and leave programs.
Conduct audits on timesheets to correct inaccuracies in hours, time types, etc.
Collaborate with global Workday Time & Attendance and Absence teams to troubleshoot and test new functionalities.
Support time administrators (Field Administrative Services team) in resolving issues.
Extract reports and conduct analyses to support benefits and pension plan administration.
Draft communications for HR, management, and employees using email and internal platforms (e.g., VIVA Engage).
Review processes and recommend/implement improvements for efficiency.
Audit data changes and requests to ensure compliance with company policies.
Track vacation and sick time accruals in accordance with state labor laws and company policy.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
5-8 years of experience in U.S. leave of absence administration.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. leave laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
Comfortable with hybrid work environments and online collaboration tools.
Proficiency in analyzing information, financial reporting, and conflict resolution.
