In this role, you will work with a team of HR professionals to oversee Haskell’s team member relations, compensation management, policy implementation, compliance management, and reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
Administers various human resources plans and policies/procedures companywide and assists in the development and implementation
Assigned areas of HR operations may include performance management, compensation, compliance, communication, or other HR programs and responsible for monitoring programs and revising as necessary
Provides high-quality advice and service to office leaders on a variety of HR-related topics to include, including performance management, communication and training needs, and training
Investigate/research employee relation issues and assist with corrective counseling and performance improvement plans
Participates in developing department goals and objectives and provides recommendations for best practices
Create, analyze and interpret HR reports for various departments and may identify any critical or outstanding information
Conducts evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals including conducting research
Partners with management to strategize to increase team member engagement
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the efficiency of the department and services performed
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Develop internal standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and clarity
Active involvement with department projects
Perform other duties and assigned projects as needed
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
4 to 8 years of related experience required
Employee relations/performance management experience required
Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to maintain confidential information
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOK-UP, Pivot tables, split cells, filter, and other basic formulas
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Uses initiative and excellent attention to detail
Highly organized and able to track multiple tasks

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds.
