SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, assist with the development, implementation and administration of various human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law for assigned business unit. Develops strong business relationships with the leadership teams within the business units and helping drive the people agenda.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for medium/low risk consultant investigations.
- Resolve medium/low risk Integrity hotline tickets.
- Responsible for handling minor policy violations.
- Manage termination transition documents.
- Maintains current working knowledge of federal and state laws and responsible for sending out State Law notifications.
Collaborates with HR Business Partners and assesses performance plans of business leaders. Works with leaders to create developmental plans and assists with spreadsheets. - Prepares core and consultant correspondence.
- Provides consultative support to associates within business unit on navigating difficult situations.
- Manages ADA/VAX/Religious processing/approvals.
- Handles core asset retrievals.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining internal employee electronic records.
- Responsible for severance documentation creation and processing.
Manages exit survey process by assigning, tracking, and analyzing exit surveys through software platform, to ensure timeliness and adequate follow through. - Policy storage management
- Processing LOA terminations with HRBP approval.
- Partners with Operations on crisis/business continuity.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- 2-3 years of human resources experience
