Full Job Description About Quikaid:

Quikaid is a Social Security disability representation firm based in Saint Petersburg, FL. Established in 1993, we offer legal services to clients across the United States. As a well-managed and rapidly growing company, we provide a dynamic and engaging work environment.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist who will serve as a reliable resource to our new clients, providing them with exceptional service, support, and guidance to ensure the successful submission of their claim to the Social Security Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a seamless onboarding process, maintaining strong client relationships, and facilitating various operational tasks to enhance the overall client experience.

Responsibilities:

Obtain all necessary information to start representing clients on their claim for benefits, including medical treatment details and resources/income information, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation. Ensure all information needed to adequately represent clients is organized and maintained, keeping meticulous records to support the successful management of each claim. Promptly activate new clients by filing their initial claim for benefits with the Social Security Administration, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted correctly. Ensure that the representation of our clients’ disability claims is properly processed and acknowledged by the Social Security Administration, monitoring the status of claims and addressing any issues that may arise. Serve as a primary point of contact, interfacing with the Social Security Administration, clients, and their loved ones to provide updates, gather necessary information, and address any concerns or questions. Answer questions and address concerns from clients, providing clear, empathetic, and knowledgeable support to ensure they feel confident and informed throughout the process. The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour , with daily bonuses available for strong performers. Typically, these bonuses can add an additional $3 to $4 per hour in earnings. This is a full-time position with a Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM schedule. This is a work from home position, but you must be a resident of and currently reside in Florida.

Qualifications:

Experience in a professional environment, such as a law firm, insurance company, or medical practice. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address client needs and challenges. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute (typingtest.com can be used for self-assessment). Intermediate to advanced-level computer literacy , including the ability to multitask by talking on the phone while entering information into a proprietary case management system. Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor when communicating with clients over the phone. A team player who works well as part of a team, and who is also self-motivated and able to work with little supervision. Strong desire to build an outstanding career. Technology Requirements:

Employees are responsible for providing their own hardware and must be able to comply with Quikaid’s Technology Requirements. Quikaid does not provide any of the required items listed below but will provide all necessary software needed for the position. Technology Requirements will be discussed further throughout the hiring process. A computer that is running at least the latest version of Windows 10 or higher Desktop PC strongly recommended Laptop permitted only if all tech requirements are still met Mac and Chromebooks are not permitted Tablets not permitted Reliable, high-speed cable or fiber internet service Cable or fiber internet is required, and the employee must connect to the modem via ethernet, so there is a wired connection from the computer to the internet service provider. Battery UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) with at least 3 surge battery outlets The computer, modem, and at least one monitor must be plugged into the battery-backed outlets. External keyboard, mouse, headset with microphone, and a working webcam Approved modem (i.e., a modem that is NOT on this list) Ethernet cable (use of Wi-Fi is not permitted) External keyboard, mouse, headset with microphone, and a working webcam Two 24″ monitors (must be two separate monitors working independently of each other)

Additional Information:

The start date for this position is June 11, 2025 . This date is non-negotiable as training begins on that date. All new hires must complete an aptitude assessment and at least two rounds of virtual interviews before receiving an offer. Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug test prior to the start date. You will be required to complete a Tech Certification prior to your start date, in which we will review your technology components to ensure they meet the below requirements.
