Job Description
Human Resources Generalist Specialist Engineered Plastic Components 2 East Tower Circle, Ormond Beach, FL 32174 Recruitment & Hiring Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Conduct background checks and reference verifications. Prepare and extend job offers, coordinate onboarding processes. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Promote a healthy workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives. Support performance management by assisting managers with goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding transitions. Benefits & Compensation Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and support open enrollment. Assist with payroll processing and compensation-related tasks. Training & Development Identify training needs and develop learning programs to support employee growth and skill development. Facilitate training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness in achieving learning objectives. Policy & Compliance Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws. Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with legal requirements. HR Operations Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy. Generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and support organizational initiatives .
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required. Prior HR experience through full-time roles or internships. Background in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, or benefits administration preferred.
