- Perform a variety of general administration tasks
- Lead and facilitate employee engagement groups (promote work/life balance, philanthropic and wellness activities) -plan and organize employee events
- Assist in orientation activities and 90 day on-boarding process for all new hires
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, New Hires and employees.
- Assist with the uploading of training document in the LMS system.
- Assist cross functional groups with interviews, career fair preparation, recruiting efforts, team building activities.
