• Southern Hospitality at Home is now hiring for an experienced Staffing Coordinator for part-time, day shift.

Duties are as follows… Outreach to clients to introduce yourself as their Staffing Coordinator Outreach to caregivers/CNAs to match them with clients according to their availability Communicate with clients and caregivers regarding all new hires Match caregivers to open client cases/shifts Solve any issues the client may have with the assigned caregiver and vice versa Staff/Re-Staff all assigned cases Keep all client staffed Manage 75 clients independently Complete Bi-Weekly Staffed client Checks Documentation (constantly) On Call emergency cell phone/ All calls should be answered, called back and documented This position consists of constant phone calls, emails, follow-ups and documentation MUST have plenty of patience MUST be a firm problem solver MUST be able to manage at
