HR Specialist/Recruiter Rivulet 425 Industrial Park Rd NE, Cartersville, GA 30121 Job Summary We are seeking an HR Specialist – Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talent to support organizational growth. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes. The recruiter works closely with managers to understand hiring needs and ensure seamless candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in managing full cycle recruiting for multiple roles, from job posting to onboarding Work with managers to define hiring needs and develop job descriptions Source qualified candidates through various channels Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule interviews Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Coordinate and support onboarding and orientation for new hires

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree preferred; plus 5 years in an Administrative/ HR role Proficiency in Microsoft office Must have strong organizational and time management skills Proven problem solver in thinking outside of the box

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work is typically performed indoors and outdoors. Sitting, standing, walking, and lifting daily.
