HR Supervisor Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews, recruit, and vet new staff. Organize training for new hires and refresher sessions for existing employees. Assist managers with staffing needs. Address employee performance, training, and career development concerns. Handle administrative tasks and ensure accurate processing of paperwork. Counsel staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
HR Supervisor Requirements:
Associates in HR or related field (Master’s preferred). Relevant HR experience. Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong ethical standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools. Strong administrative skills. Bilingual (English and Spanish) required. Familiarity with Spanish through language apps is not sufficient.
