Ellabell, GA (Onsite) We are a fast-growing startup organization seeking a Bilingual (English/Korean) HR/ERD Specialist to join our team as a key player in supporting the organization’s human resources functions. The HR/ERD Specialist will work closely with HR management to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of HR practices, and the ability to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Bi-Lingual HR/ERD Specialist:
Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters. Manage HR/ER statistics such as turnover rate, absence rate. Carries out HR projects & various administrative activities. Actively engages in meetings as a bilingual translator, facilitating smooth communication between English and Korean speakers. Translates emails and other documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy and cultural sensitivity in cross-language communication. Assists with the development of teaching aids, training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, etc. Assists with performance development and performance evaluation tasks. Participates in the recruitment, screening, and orientation for assigned positions. Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management. Creating and submitting HR/ER reports as needed. (attendance, new hire, turnover, ER sentiment report, etc) Perform Human Resources Development tasks as needed. May conduct or assist with new hire orientation. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Provides clerical support to the HR department. May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications for

Bachelor of Science in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Knowledge of and experience with HRIS systems 4 years of direct job experience PHR or SHRM-CP This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including a laptop computer and cell phone. The employee is generally required to spend long periods of time sitting, typing, and working at a computer. May require the ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and transport items.
