  • $95,000 What You Will Do Research employee and labor relations trends and best practices to support timely and effective resolution of workplace concerns.

Consult with management and employees on issues related to morale, diversity, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Identify and recommend solutions for issues impacting employee engagement and morale. Develop and implement initiatives designed to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Deliver training to management on topics that support a positive, productive, and compliant work environment. Maintain documentation and prepare reports (both quantitative and qualitative) for internal leadership as needed. Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned related to employee relations and HR strategy. Role Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required SHRM or HRCI certification At least five (5) years of experience in Employee Relations, Law, or Human Resources Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools Solid understanding of labor market trends and employee relations best practices Experience analyzing data and creating actionable proposals

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations Experience in leadership training and/or curriculum design Graphic design experience or certification Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations Previous experience in a law firm, consulting firm, or automotive/manufacturing environment Competency Areas Information Gathering & Analysis

  • Ability to define data needs, collect relevant information using a variety of tools and sources, and analyze findings to support decision-making Presentation & Facilitation Skills
  • Comfortable presenting to small and large groups using professional tools and visual aids (e.g., PowerPoint, interactive training sessions) Media & Content Development
  • Skilled at adapting content to various platforms/media, with a high degree of attention to detail Curriculum Design
