Understand business strategy; closely collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide effective HR solutions and interventions. 3. Responsible for HR functions in America, extensive engagement across the entire staff lifecycle by implementing initiatives in all HR aspects payroll, performance and reward. management, talent acquisition, outsourcing staff management etc. 4.Build the fundamental HR infrastructure and frame and create standardized HR policies and procedures. 5.Work closely with HQ in China with daily HR work.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferred in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related majors. 2. 4 years or above HR experience in all HR functions, preferably rich experience in TA and payroll. 3. Being conversant with local employment law and legislation. 4. Able to communicate with English and Chinese. 5. Be authorized to work in America for any employer.
