This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, capable of fostering a positive workplace culture while managing talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness. Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Manage performance management systems to ensure employee growth and alignment with company goals. Design and execute training development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities. Utilize ATS for efficient tracking of applicants and streamline the hiring process. Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR decisions and improve processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting best practices in human resources management. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies. Maintain HR information systems for accurate record keeping and reporting. Skills Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of HR practices. Proficiency in using ATS for recruitment processes and managing candidate pipelines. Strong skills in data collection and analysis to drive HR initiatives effectively. Experience in training development to enhance employee performance and engagement. Knowledge of performance management systems to foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. Familiarity with Paylocity, Oracle, Kronos, or similar HR software is highly desirable. Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization.
