This contract role as aRemote Talent Consultant I is responsible for supporting theresearch, design, and implementation of talent management initiatesthat support the growth and development of leaders. The scopeincludes creating data analysis, visualization, storytelling andpreparing recommendations to support performance managementstrategies; participating with teams that consult with businesspartners, customers, and internal workgroups; the creation andcoordination of data analysis, dashboards and project managementactivities.

Pay Rate:

$37 – $40 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, develop, and implement talent managementstrategies and detailed processes to enhance the experience ofinternal stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementationof talent management programs (goal setting, performance reviews,succession planning, talent reviews etc.)
  • Manage talent reviewcycles and contribute to the creation of support materials
  • Develop project plans, timelines and work breakdown structures.
  • Monitor project progress and track deliverables, milestones, risksand issues.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare status reports,and support stakeholder communications.
  • Collect and analyzeproject data to identify trends, risks and opportunities forimprovement.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews andlessons-learned sessions.
  • Assist in creating templates andprocesses.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify process gaps andto identify appropriate solutions.
  • Design, development, andexecution of recurring and ad-hoc dashboards and reports thathighlights trends, risks and opportunities across talentmanagement.
  • Conduct workforce data analyses to uncover trends andsupport decision making across TM
  • Present data-driven insightsand recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionableformat.
  • Create compelling data visualizations (in Power BI or asimilar tool) to effectively communicate insights to non-technicalaudiences
  • Translate complex data findings into actionableinsights and recommendations through presentations and executivesummaries.
  • Conduct analyses that inform strategic TM decisionssuch as succession planning.
  • Work on various projects to supportTalent Management activities.
  • Build strong relationships withinternal and external customers to maintain project/task momentum.
  • Track progress on project work to execute plans, maintain regularcommunication with managers, leads and team members; shareinformation with multi-disciplinary teams including, businesspartners, internal team, and delivery teams.
  • Respond to requestsby being proactive and setting expectations with customers andSMEs.
  • Continuously see opportunities to innovate and improvetalent management processes and programs.

Job Requirements:
  • Talent development or people analytics background; understanding ofperformance management and talent management.
  • Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
  • Pays close attention totimebound projects and meets those hard deadlines.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize complex data andidentify trends.
  • Strong Microsoft Office tools, especiallyPowerPoint and Excel data analysis such as SQL.
  • Strong projectmanagement skills, use of Project to track progress and timelinesand able to drive cross functional initiatives.
  • Self-starter,motivated. Proactive mindset with a continuous improvementorientation.
  • Experience with building data visualizations inplatforms from start to finish such as Power BI or similar.
  • Solidunderstanding of HR processes and talent management strategies.
  • Ability to communicate complex data and trends clearly tonon-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple prioritiesand meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoftplatforms such as Power Automate and Power Apps to create automatedworkflows.
