Overview:
Dematic/KION is seeking a UKG WFM expert to join their HR Technology team as an HRIT Solution Developer and Administrator. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for time and attendance, payroll interfaces, and configuration work within UKG, supporting both operational needs and strategic system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Act as the UKG WFM lead for configuration, enhancements, data corrections, and integrations
Partner with Payroll and Benefits teams to address accrual discrepancies and support audits
Resolve RemedyForce tickets, analyze root causes, and implement long-term solutions
Participate in ongoing transitions toward Workday Payroll integration and
SAP S/4HANA
upgrades
Provide data exports and manual corrections during transition periods
Contribute to projects involving automation of person import files and reporting
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with UKG WFM/Dimensions, ideally across multiple implementations
Proven experience with configuration, integrations, and data troubleshooting
Familiarity with SAP and Workday HCM/Payroll environments a strong plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently
Experience supporting U.S. Payroll systems and time management processes
Familiarity with ticketing systems (RemedyForce preferred)
Preferred Backgrounds:
IT or Payroll functional background with strong technical acumen. Candidates with both strategic project experience and day-to-day support capabilities will be prioritized.
