HRIS Data Entry & Support Contractor (2 Openings) On SiteDecatur, AL Client is seeking two detail-oriented and tech-savvycontractors to support a fast-paced HR transition during a companyintegration. These individuals will play a critical role inensuring timely and accurate employee data setup and validationwithin our HRIS platform (UKG).
Key Responsibilities:
Quickly learnand navigate the UKG (HRIS) system through training provided.
Perform clerical tasks, including data entry of employeeinformation. Set up employees in the system to ensure accuratepayroll and benefits enrollment. Conduct quality checks to validateaccuracy of employee records. Troubleshoot and resolve datadiscrepancies or system issues in coordination with HR.
Qualifications:
Prior experience with UKG or other HRIS platformsis highly preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent dataentry skills. Ability to manage sensitive information withconfidentiality and integrity. Strong problem-solving skills andability to work independently under tight deadlines. Availabilityto start immediately and commit to the full assignment duration.
