Experience:

The HRSD (HR Service Delivery) Consultant is responsible for theend-to-end functionality of the employee service centertechnologies including ticketing, knowledge bases, and chat. TheHRSD Consultant has in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platformsolutions and related HCM technologies that support the employeeservice center. The HRSD Consultant position is a key HR solutionssupport team member responsible for leading activities related tothe overall system design, configuration, and testing forServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). In addition, they leadefforts in ongoing system maintenance/upgrades. In Partneringclosely with the internal technical teams, HR process owners,vendors, and end users, the HRSD expert will research and driveinnovative initiatives to enhance the ServiceNow products and toolsaligning business strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure a connected experience across HCM solutions. Lead theenterprise-wide overall functional delivery of solutions utilizingServiceNow HRSD alongside other integrated HCM applications. Drivethe ongoing success of HR COEs business processes and peoplesolution activities by ensuring the ServiceNow functionality alignswith enterprise strategies. Lead efforts to enhance the platformcompleting requirements gathering, functional designs,configuration, testing, deployment, and operational supportactivities in support of the HR Service Delivery module inServiceNow. Collaborate with project managers business analysts and otherstakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of ServiceNowHRSD solutions Delivery a consumer grade experience thru the employee center viadynamic targeted content, timely catalog and knowledge articles,and innovative designs. Maintain a high-level of understanding regarding functionality andfeatures and perform needed research with other industry leadingorganizations to ensure alignment with vendor roadmaps and industrytrends. Provide leadership and guidance in support of outstanding issuesand requests with vendors. Support efforts to ensure up-to-date documentation on functionalityand experience through job aids, standard operating procedures, andtraining materials. Partnering & Collaboration Develop and maintain effective workingrelationships with HCM support team, HR COE’s, IT and keystakeholders across corporate. aligning the HRSD system design andfunctionality for current and future business drivers. Employ effective communication and feedback mechanisms designed toengage employees and maximize information exchange.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, InformationTechnology or Business-related degree preferred 5+ years supporting enterprise-wide HR technology solutionspreferred 3+ years with ServiceNow HRSD configuration experience with a clearunderstanding on current end-to-end functionality as well as thevendor roadmap. Experience with HR Technology integrations and implementations. Preferred Experience configuring and improving automated workflowsto streamline key employee lifecycle events such as onboarding,transfers and offboarding Experience integrating between ServiceNow and third-party systems,tools, or data sources in both directions with an understanding of

APIs and Integration Hub Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS andexperience building custom widgets Experience with Agile development methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships andinfluence across organizational boundaries.
