This role covers the entire utilities value chain from generation, transmission, distribution, to retail, and will focus on developing and deploying digital solutions to mitigate industry risks and leverage emerging technological innovations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the utilities sector, significant consulting experience, and a strong track record in digital transformation.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead, design, and drive delivery of Organizational Change Management (OCM), training, and other workforce transformation-related services for utility projects, such as: o CIS (Oracle CC&B or
CCS, SAP
ISU, etc.) to enhance customer engagement, billing accuracy, and service reliability. o ERP-enabled transformation programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) o Major package software implementations (e.g., SFDC, MS Dynamics) o Grid management and GIS platform implementations o Collaboration initiatives (SharePoint or other collaboration platforms) o Agile, cloud, AI and automation initiatives o Shared services, outsourcing, and managed services programs o MA&D transformations and large-scale restructuring initiatives Project-manage OCM work; manage resources, deliverables, timelines, and budgets; report status, risks and issues. Manage individuals and teams; track and direct performance against objectives, create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and encourage improvement and innovation. Support sales, marketing, and business development activities; sales experience is a plus. Continue to develop and enhance Infosys’ thought leadership and IP (points of view, methods, tools and templates) in the Organizational Change Management space Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for professional growth and advancement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and technology partners
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations. At least 7 years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills and Experience :
Previous experience leading and delivering organizational change management engagements for a Big 4 or large consultancy or equivalent firm. Multiple full lifecycle transformation programs with hands-on experience delivering organizational change management, communications and training. Ability to interact at all levels of client organizations. Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills. Great listener who is humble yet confident with his/her abilities.
