Onsite Staffing Coordinator Position Available In Douglas, Georgia

Onsite Staffing Coordinator Confidential Lithia Springs, GA 30122 We are hiring an Onsite Coordinator for our team in Austell , GA Shift . To be discussed. Mostly 8a-5p but 1-2 times a week flexibility to work 10a-7p

Daily Duties:

• Support the onsite support and recruiting efforts
• Perform check-ins onsite for new hires
• Participate in post-incident investigations (including drug testing, documenting, interviewing, and reporting)
• Provide support with communications between our clients and our talent management team
• Support the talent management team as needed
• Perform administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in staffing/onsite support
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
