About Us
At BrightStar Care of Fayetteville, we deliver professional, compassionate home care backed by a commitment to excellence. Our team is known for providing outstanding service to both our clients and our employees—and we’re looking for someone to help us grow with integrity and efficiency.
We are currently seeking a Human Resource & Compliance Coordinator who is eager to make an impact. This is a mid-level position with the potential for growth into a management role. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people succeed while keeping the business protected, we’d love to meet you.
The Role at a Glance
This is a full-time, in-office position designed for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys building systems that support people and policy. You’ll lead recruiting, on-boarding, employee support, and HR operations—but just as importantly, you’ll play a key role in maintaining regulatory and operational compliance for our home care agency.
From tracking licenses and background checks to staying aligned with state labor law, this role requires someone who understands (or is eager to learn) the compliance side of HR—and is ready to take full ownership of doing things right, the first time.
If you’re organized, proactive, and looking for a role where you can grow into leadership while protecting a company that truly serves its community, this is the opportunity for you.
