About the Opportunity As an HR Generalist, you will be the point person for our Georgia office during our high-volume college recruiting and onboarding seasons. In the off season, you will collaborate with our Human Resources team in the foundation, effectiveness, and forward-thinking aspects of HR. Responsibilities Recruiting Interview scheduling, coordination, and greeting candidates Maintain high level accuracy of candidate life cycle within internal systems Timely candidate correspondence Manage the employee referral program Onboarding/Offboarding Draft and prepare offer letters for candidates Facilitate onboarding for new employees Conduct New Hire Orientation Partner with IT to prepare new hire equipment Conduct Exit Interviews Employee Relations Participation and support in the Safety and Wellness Committees Organizing and hosting events Assist with employee needs via our Help Desk system Compliance Provide safety statistics for customer prequalification’s Partner with insurance broker to provide necessary customer insurance documentation Conduct employee background checks required for customer projects Safety Conduct monthly safety inspections Schedule ongoing CPR/AED/BBP/First Aid recertifications Other duties Audit, Analyze and recommend corrective action as needed Partner with HR counterparts on departmental projects Provide support to HR Department Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other related major. 2 years of applicable experience preferred. Willingness to undertake assignments involving unfamiliar subjects, with the aptitude to learn quickly. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in collecting, analyzing, organizing, and reporting information. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Strong team collaboration. Highly motivated to work independently and productively. Knowledge of HCM and ATS systems is desirable. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without RoviSys sponsorship.
Pay Range:
$24/hr – $28/hr
