How you’ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) As the Senior Manager – Total Rewards & Talent Management, your role is critical in developing and implementing rewards and recognition programs that attract and retain valued talent in support of the vision for Delta Vacations, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. We are seeking a growth-minded leader who is passionate about employee experience and thrives in a collaborative role in developing a comprehensive total rewards program. This role will report to the Director of HR and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. The successful candidate will lead the strategic design and administration of compensation, benefits, talent, and recognition programs for Delta Vacations, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies, investment goals, and regulatory compliance. This individual will also partner with leadership to drive the communication and administration of total rewards programs, and related talent management initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement to maintain industry leading standards. You will:

Lead annual compensation and benefits processes, including market pricing, salary reviews, incentive plan administration, open enrollment, operating budget, and related activities or communications. Deliver talent management programs and learning initiatives designed to increase organizational health. Offer strategic leadership and mentorship to division leaders in support of rewards and recognition programs. Maintain effective partnerships to support detailed implementation and performance of HR Service Delivery initiatives, including payroll, retirement, benefits, and wellness programs. Champion a diverse and inclusive culture where collaboration, innovation and impact are celebrated. What else will you be doing: Drive the development of compensation philosophy and delivery of compensation programs ensuring alignment with the organization’s business objectives and overall talent strategy. Collaborate with Delta as a business owner for HR Technology and manage the development, installation, testing, and modification of HRIS systems and portals. Assess organizational needs and current HRIS systems and make recommendations for improvements. Work closely with Delta Air Lines to deliver specific components of Delta Vacations’ talent development platform including performance management systems, talent reviews, succession planning, and learning programs. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to business leaders in support of these initiatives. Cultivate growth and guidance among team members to optimize efficiency. Ensure staff understand their roles and how they connect to the HR objectives. Work Environment Delta Vacations Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta, Georgia. Position type/standard schedule Full-Time, Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required as job duties demand. Travel Domestic and International travel may be required to fulfill assigned responsibilities. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Candidates for this position may have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Seven years of dynamic total rewards or compensation planning experience, with five years in HR leadership preferred. Experience and understanding with compensation planning and strategy, including with hourly teams strongly preferred. Practical experience in talent management, organizational development, project management and/or learning development preferred. Candidates must have strong financial and analytical skills. They should be able to identify problems, gather data, and draw valid conclusions in a timely and accurate manner, with the ability to structure and guide strategic recommendations and improvements. Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing the payment of wages and administration of compensation and employee benefit plans required. Advanced PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required, and proficiency with data extraction and analysis tools such as SAP and Tableau required. Compliance with all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations. Ensure corresponding compliance with staff members is required. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Seven years of dynamic total rewards or compensation planning experience, with five years in HR leadership preferred.
