Job Description

HR Manager/Generalist – 178164 Raise Fairburn, GA 30213 We are seeking an experienced Onsite HR Generalist or Manager to support our client, a high-volume light industrial manufacturing facility, by managing all human resource functions for a large contingent workforce. This role requires strong people management skills, the ability to resolve workplace issues quickly, a strong knowledge of labor laws, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

You will be the primary liaison between the client’s leadership team, our internal staffing operations, and the temporary workforce onsite. If you are a proactive HR professional who can build strong relationships, drive engagement, and maintain compliance, we want to hear from you!

Depends on experience and knowledge related to the role ($75K to $85K)

GA SCHEDULE

Monday to Thursday 10-hour days

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, attendance issues, workplace conflicts, and performance concerns. Administer onboarding, orientations, and offboarding processes for all contingent staff. Collaborate with client to ensure staffing needs are met. Track and monitor employee attendance, turnover, and workplace leaves. Investigate employee complaints and support corrective action processes in alignment with company policy and labor law. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including timekeeping, evaluations, and incident reports. Partner with internal recruiters to forecast hiring needs and support recruitment efforts. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, HR policies, and workplace standards. Conduct training or toolbox talks as needed (e.g., safety, harassment prevention, etc.). Coordinate employee engagement activities to improve morale and retention. Prepare reports and provide HR-related updates to leadership teams.

Qualifications:

HR experience in a high-volume, or light industrial, manufacturing, or warehousing environment Knowledge of employment laws, workplace safety, and HR best practices Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory Proven ability to handle employee relations matters tactfully and effectively Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently onsite and adapt to changing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS or timekeeping systems High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred

Work Environment & Schedule:
